By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.

I reserve the right to reject a commission if I don’t feel comfortable with the subject, deadline, etc.

Turnabout time: I usually take about 2-6 weeks to finish. Illustrations can have a longer delivery time.

Full payment upfront via PayPal. I'll start working after payment is received.

For illustrations, a payment plan of 50% before the initial sketch and 50% at the color test is available.

You can check the current status of the work on my Trello or request WIPs from me at any time.

Typically, I send 1 WIP of the artwork weekly. For illustration, the stages are: early exploration > polished thumbnail > color test > (update pre final depending on complexity) > final piece. For sketch, the stages are: greyscale doodle > color test > final piece.

Minor changes are acceptable at any stage.

If major changes to the pose, clothing, or lighting are needed after a previous stage has been approved, an additional fee may be required.

I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for self-promotion.

I reserve the right to upload the artwork and any of its WIPs for self-promotion. (Let me know in advance if you'd like to maintain the WIPs private).

You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credits for the work.

You are not allowed to use the commissioned work to train image AIs, or edit it (as in img2img) using AIs (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Novel AI etc.)

Refunds aren't available during the color test stage.

In any other case, don’t hesitate to ask me! I’m sure we can find a solution for any case.

Clear visual references of your character(s). Please don't send an imgur link, I've been having problems with it lately;

Your idea!. If you have a concrete idea, don't hesitate to explain/send a simple sketch. Otherwise, an explanation of the character's personality would be helpful!
